The rubber bushings will deflect, but that would be significantly less than the leaves will wrap.

Get an angle finder.
All measurements done with vehicle sitting on the ground.
Measure front differential pinion angle and front drive shaft angle.
Adjust control arms until difference between the two angles is about two degrees.
I did this on my 1999 with a four inch lift and I have no drive shaft vibrations and caster is still at almost 8 degrees according to alignment shop.
Drives great! Good luck.
