Front DriveShaft spitting

Okay, How do I solve the problem?

Just about every drive shaft I have owned over the last forty years has spit grease in the same way if the slip joint was over lubed. When the suspension is compressed, the drive shaft shortens. The slip joint takes up the decrease in drive shaft length. The internal space inside the slip becomes smaller and excess grease gets blown pass the seal or sometimes there is a hole in the yoke that lets it escape. Either way, the excess grease gets thrown out.
If the slip joint is worn and has excess slop, it will destroy the seal.
If you think the slip joint or seal is shot, a drive shaft shop can provide the fix.

When I lube the slip joint, I try to give it two or three shots of grease and no more. Just about any chassis grease will work.

Okay.. does it make any noise or feeling? I go over 35 or more then off gas pedal and I feel some noise on driver floor. the noise not like virbation but like something snoring? I really dont know because I'm deaf and I couldn't tell by hear it but I do FEEL it. Any idea?

the grease spitting on the wall is normal, the noise you "feel" is not good though. I reccomend you pull your front driveshaft off and drive it. If you no longer "feel" the noise you should check the slip joint for play. if the slip joint only moves in and out and has no side to side wobble, replace your u-joints and re-install the shaft.

If the shaft has some play (side to side wobble in the slip joint) you should take it to a driveshaft shop and have it fixed.

If you remove the driveshaft and still feel the noise expand your inspection to the rear driveshaft.

Yeah, the grease overfill is normal.

This isn't:

Question... what angel can TC be after TC 1" drop? Why would it be cv joint if I take off gas pedal if it rear drive and it make snooring under my left foot?

the u-joint on the front output of your t-case is a CV type joint, that is the joint we were referring to

The "frame" is under your left foot and any vibrations translated from the driveshafts through the t-case and transmission mount is transmitted directly to the "frame" and dispersed from there.

If you pull out the front driveshaft and the "snooring" is still there it isn't that CV joint and is something else, If the "snooring" goes away have the driveshaft inspected by a competent shop and rebuilt as necessary.

The angle of the t-case after a 1" drop is not a major concern for mild lifts.

I been doing it for the past 3 weeks... its just fine, actually better for the TC, less wear and tear

I'll second Ed. My jeep hasnt had the front driveshaft on it in six months. I can drive 85 smoothly without it and gain about 1 mpg.

well, yes, your removing it as a test. If you remove it and all your noise goes away, take it to a local driveline shop to be rebuilt.

if you remove it and you still have the noise, keep looking for the source.

Roll the jeep forward a couple of inches or jack up a front tire and spin it, with the transfer case in neutral.

Finally took it off. U joint's end cap hook to axle fell off. I pump end to end shaft, it does feel like old shock pump. Any idea?
I've not drive it yet, I'll drive back home after work w/o front driveshaft and let y'all know what's up.

Drive it out on a highway before you make any judgement. The endcap falling off is normal, it is wise to tape all 4 end cap's on together and then wrap the whole thing in plastic or cloth so not to get grease in your car.
