Friday night dinner

The wife and I spent last night going over many of the details regarding what we will serve.
To wit:
Chicken (cut rotisserie)
Ham (spiral baked and BBQ)
Shredded beer (with options)
Cross cut beef ribs

Rolls, corn bread, homemade baked beans.

Baked potatoes (with options) Garlic and spice basted.

Corn on the cob, grilled.

Pastas, Mediterranean and Parmesan styles

Fruit salad, fresh cut, seasonal.
(hoping for some Green River watermelon if its still available come October)

Ambrosia

25th Anniversary Cake.

Chips, dips and sauces.

Coffee, soda, juice and water.

If anyone has any strong feelings either Pro or Con on the above menu let me know.

I thought you could,nt serve Beer. You ment "Beef" correct.
Some Ice Tea would be nice.
Anyone who walks away unsatisfied with your meal, is crazy.
