With the weather getting nicer, I enjoy taking part in other hobbies of mine, one of which is skeet shooting! Any one interested? I know a few pretty good places up here (or down here in some of your cases) in northern illinois. I shot today! 250 rounds through my new remingtom 870 Marine Magnum. If your interested let me know, and Ill be sure and let you know next time Im heading out.....FUTHERMORE....if you guys have a few places that you know about, I'd love to join you!

For the past Oh........I don't know........3 years? We've had the MWC Pig Gig. We cook a whole hog on a rotisserie. We start it early in the day and then usually eat around 1-2pm. While the hog is over the coals, we shoot. We've got a 100yrd rifle range, a shorter pistol range and then when we're done with the flying brass, we shoot clays. Nothing fancy, just a el'cheapo thrower from walmart but, we do have fun. It's a non-wheeling event. Last year we had it Memorial Day weekend. There has yet to be a date set for this year. You should be able to do a search here in the MWC forum and bring up some pics of previous gigs. Anyway, it'd be a great chance to meet some of the fine folks here in the MWC. Watch for a date for Oh-ten.

aghh!!! damn it! im leaving too soon to participate. i love shooting things. those small propane tanks, shot though a pvc pipe are great.
