Since my last post, I've had bacon with pancakes yesterday, bacon for a snack last night, bacon/egg/cheese for breakfast this morning, and I've got a few strips left that I'm sure won't last through the night... Crap, I've gotta buy more bacon!

Buy lots of bacon, and put it in a box! :doh:


P.S. please line the inside of the box with a plastic bag in order to contain the bacon grease, and keep it from saturating the box and becoming highly flammable when accidently tossed onto a wood fire :flame:

I've worked in culinary in the past, and also live near a very high end smoke house (they've smoked food for the pope...lol) so I've laid my hands on a case of bacon on more than one occasion.

Not burnt. Just crispy. Camera sucks too, they were not that dark in person. :lickout:
