I dont know about you, but I dont consider my tires brand new if they've been mounted and USED (even a littel). Kinda like how electronics automatically become "refurbished" when the factory seal is broken even, if its opened in the store?

While the title indicates "brand new" , I think the description clearly indicates that the tire has been used (very little), as do the photos and is priced as a used tire. :twak:
