For your Flashchat primer.
The easiest way to flush Macromedia Flash Player's cache in OS X is to do the following.
Go to Finder by clicking the finder icon (left most icon, looks like a face) on your dock.
In the menu bar at the top of the screen hit Go, then Home.
Double click on Library.
Double click on Preferences.
Double click on Macromedia (you will have a lot of scrolling to do to get here).
Drag the Flash Player folder to the trash can.
Close that window, you should now be able to use Flash Chat.
