For carry permit holders

That Ruger is a tight little gun, isn't it? The sights could be a touch bigger, even for someone with 20/20 vision like myself. You really need to practice with it to get a fair amount of muscle memory over relying on actual aiming. But the firearm itself is tactical and practical.

Yep, I love it. More refined than the KelTec (which is still a great CC weapon). I put the pocket clip from a P3AT on mine, fits like it was made for it. Trigger pull is a mile long compared to my Glock, but other than that it's great. Sights are small, but it's a close quarters weapon, not a long range one.

Best thing about it is I can drop it in my pocket and nobody knows it's there.

I just couldn't imagine shooting that little thing so I went with the LC9. Still small and concealable and shares the ammo with my XD. The trigger pull is definitely long but its not a match gun, who cares.

I saw the pocket clip for them but they take up the pin slots that my laser sight uses. But I too commonly just drop it in my pocket. Especially with my baggy shorts.

The trigger is a bit long, but that's great for a pocket gun. I don't like that I have to have a tool to pop out the pin for takedown. But it's a compact weapon. Sacrifices must be made to maintain the desired function, for which this weapon is near perfect, for me.

The short grip is something that is easily manageable. It's a small round that doesn't have a lot of recoil. I would bet my .380 is easier to handle than your LC9, Aaron. Your gun isn't that much larger but the round pops off a bit more. Of course, it's still probably comparable. It's a personal decision... But that LC9 is also a super nice weapon.

Pocketknife blade works for me.

I just like having all my fingers on the grip, personal preference. I want to shoot an LCP sometime. My buddy has one so one of these days, I will. Its still a nice little gun and hell who knows, I may get one someday. Like I said though, I mainly did it because I already had a 9mm. The recoil isn't too bad at all.

i know man, but you DO get used to it.

I carry an LCP for deep concealment. the thing disappears in shorts pockets. a padded pocket holster will help keep it upright, which keeps it from printing.

My Kimber solo, only a little bit bigger is another choice.

when I'm in a state that respects personal liberty I carry a CDPII.

And when I'm banging around on the family acreage in missouri I open carry a 226SAS

yeahhhhhhhhhh thats NOT gonna happen anytime soon, or our lifetime. The only citizen carrying in that state are the criminals. and there fine with that by the way.

no, it *is* going to happen.

we're two or three votes away from a veto-proof super majority.

liberal media likes to report that the recent HB148 "failed"

it didn't fail. they make it sound like there was was a lop-sided deficit of pro votes.

we have more than enough votes to pass the bill through the house

we have enough votes to make it through the senate.

what we need are two or three solid votes to keep the bill from landing on quinn's desk.

This is why Beezil needs to post more often...

I hope you get it done.

then I hope that after IL becomes a shall issue state that the Ilinois gun owners turn their attention to shitcago.
It would be nice if the people there could defend themselves from the rampant violence. It would also be nice if the court system smacked Rahm's pee-pee a little in the "rights" department. Since he seems to think he can just run the city as he sees fit.
