Florida OHV park help(long).

Looking at some land to lease here in Florida for a little OHV area. The property is owned by a trustee but controlled via a long term unwritten lease by Stavola Industries. I've been shot down a few times in Florida by the manager of their local operations. He claims that the pits I want to lease wont be covered by their insurance and its too risky for the corp to lease the property and that they intend to use them again one day. Blahblahblahblah....Great, except that the property is currently unfenced, uncontrolled, and is used as a firing range, dump, fishing hole, "party" location and hasnt been used in twenty years. The local manager is suffering from some serious denial and claims the property is fenced, posted, and unaccessable (except for a jeep:laugh: ) I need to contact some one with Stavola Industries in New Jersey as this is where I understand the owners to be. If anyone can help it would be great. This is probably the most challenging area I've seen to ride in Florida, I'm tired of the mud holes and sand pits. And I am greatly frustrated that my friends in local clubs dont want to chance riding in the area because they are afraid of being charged with tresspassing, although in Florida if the land is unfenced, ungated, and appears to be commonly used I believe you cannot be charged with tresspassing but will be warned to leave the area if someone objects. I understand their reluctance.

Bottom line. Can anyone connect me with some one in Stavola Industries in the New Jersey area that could help me. I know its a super duper long shot but there is nothing else for me to do.
