Finaly got some pics of my crossmember. Built out of 0.1425" steel, sides are boxed with rolled lips and the inner section has gusset to stiffen/strengthen then structure. I post cad files of it awhile ago. Tranny mount is the same idea as Jess used on his except I just welded the bushing to the crossmember. Had it one for 3 odd months and it seems to holding up fine. It mounts by the two bolts in the frame rails. Welded a plate with bolts in the rail and bolted to that. Not sure on the thin steel but thats all the place I was using could bend given the shape so we'll see if it works. Also in the works are a section behind and ahead for t-case and tranny protection.

Have some better lighted pictures??----------Kyle

here's the cad drawing. The edges were bent 90deg and the second layer under the riased section was dropped. The edges on the raised section were also bent 90 and connected to the lower sections.
