I just put a Zoneoffroad 2" lift on yesterday. I took some before and after shots. In doing so i realized it was the first pics ive ever taken of my jeep. Tires are 30" Grabber At2's on Stock Echo rims centers painted hamered finish black.

clean jeep, I painted my rims identical to that and thought i was the only one.

Yes, you and anyone who bought a Columbia edition Wrangler. :)

And judging from the lip on those rims, I'm 95% sure that's where those rimes came from.

CrazyJim- What did you use to tint the tail lights? They look real good.

Begster- The rims on my jeep are original to my knowledge. they were originally a light gray color with the polished aluminum lip.

tigerShark- the paint for the rims is Rust-Oleum Black Hammered Enamel $7 a spray can at menards. its holding up amazingly.

wheelinscott- The Grabbers are the best tire ive purchased. For the money they probally cant be beat. They did real good this winter. Im a little weary of mud though as ive heard bad things.

Thats VHT Nightshade. Comes in a can and works pretty well.

As far as the rims, I didn't read that you painted them. I see pictures and bascially skip over text and look at pictures. If you have ever seen a Columbia Edition TJ, they come with black Eccos like that.

"Checkmate" is what i pull behind the jeep. This vid was taken a while back. it now has a 175 Mariner and a 6" Jack Plate.

I'm not usually a fan of a blacked out ride...but that looks really good! I like it!

Definitely tint the tail lights though...would work well with the sleek look.

When you tint the tail lights, I suggest doing what CrazyJim did, and leave the reverse lights clear. I use to have the smoked covers, and I couldn't see any light behind me when trying to back up at night. My friend smoked his and did the same and left the reverse lights clear.

Yeah ill definatly leave that part untinted. I have a hard enough time seeing anything with them now. I may even stick some sticker paper circles on the brake light and turn lamp and then tint it and pull off the sticker. Probally wont be for a few days though with all this damn snow we got.
