Fireworks Stash, lets see em!

couple boxes of Mortars for random fire. Other then that, NWfest left me broke. Going to a Commercial Display this year.

You mean evidence? Haha I don't think so... I'll probably go to the local stand and pick some crap up, but only because it is the PSU Cheerleaders stand :)

Here is less than half of last years stash, this year Im not buying much because college took all my monies.

We need to move NWFest. I spent all my money getting ready for it and now I can't buy fireworks.:shiver:

You mean a certain someone with boobs said you couldn't buy any?

I usually go balls out but this is the first year ive lived in auburn and they are pretty strict about no fireworks. :explosion

Nick you have good taste my friend. Excal's have been the standard for years but if you're into noise AND color you need to see if you can get your hands on some Destroyer Shells made by a local company Arrow Fireworks. Destroyers flat out stomp Excals - think Excal color breaks w/ salute shell-esque reports (if you're familiar w/ Donkey/Dragon/Texas Shells, Thundering Kings).

Hopefully the mods don't get mad at me but for all you who still need fireworks I work at a fireworks stand at the Muckleshoot Indian Reservation in Auburn. My stand is called Dawg House and I'd be more than happy hook you guys up w/ some smokin' deals! I'll be there ALL weekend open to close!

My dad is usually the battalion chief in charge during the 4th at the Valley Regional Fire Authority (Auburn, etc) and tells me crazy stories of the drunk Mucks up at the casino. Usually they start the "show" by creating a war zone across the main road. The brand new fire trucks get destroyed by morters and roman candles.

(and FYI, it's the politicians and police that came up with the "if it goes up or blows up, it's illegal in Auburn" slogan. The fire fighters are typically pyros and love fireworks and explosives. They are often the ones catching their own stuff on fire, LOL)

Its not fair to say that its the MUCKS that do it, all sorts of drunk a-holes do dumb stuff up there. The lighting zone at the end of the stands is NOT a pleasant place to be for that reason. I just avoid it altogether unless I'm testing out product. I think its gotten better recently. They are much more stringent about curfews and police enforcement to keep all those idiots somewhat at bay.

A few toys for the day.

Before I hear about how illegal the ping pong balls are. They are actually just a pre loaded wad for my bigger cannon. But fun to maybe light one or 2 :shhh:

If someone gets to over worked about your ping pong ball I won't show the things I make lol

Here is the little bit we got this year. I figured we are going to be with about 5 other groups so why not let them spend the money this year.

I have a friend who produces some serious home made boom and it annoys me when people criticize them. I have never had a bad one and it's using legit materials (flash powder b/c we all know black powder's lame and pre fabbed tubes). What makes people think that Chinese children getting paid a dollar a day make better fireworks than someone used to pulling in like 45-60k a year with a college education?
