Ok, I have everything worked out now!
I have taken a rough count of all that said they'd attend, and that came to just under 60!!! In order to accomodate a group that large, Medved is gonna host us in the Chevrolet side of the complex where they have a 75 person meeting room. They flaked out on sectioning off their parking lot for us, so we'll try to gather the XJ's in an area toward the back lots as best we can.
I will be there around 10am and would like to get everyone gathered by 10:30. We'll hold the meeting until Noon then eat lunch.
Lunch will consist of the following:
-Gourmet burgers - several cheeses, bacon and fixin's will be supplied!
-Potato salad
-A variety of chips
-Assorted Pepsi products, teas and water
-Assorted cookies
The Chef wasn't willing to do a combination of two entrees because he wanted an exact count for each entree, so I made it simple. He said he prepares a bit extra, but it'll be set up buffet style, so everyone goes thru once, then whatever is left will be available for heartier appetites! It sounds like they will set up the buffet for us in our meeting room, so it'll be our own little party!
To pay for lunch, please bring exactly $7.50 please. I will be taking the collection then paying the caffeteria and I'm not planning on having enough extra cash to make change for ya!
