Feeler: Surco roof basket

I have a Surco roof basket that I'm thinking about selling becasue I'm being harassed by my local officers for having uncover lights. Some one shoot me a reasonable offer on this thing.

I have to ask my Dad if he wants them back so maybe. I forgot to mention I don't want to ship and I will drive up to 45 minutes to meet someone. I'm in Sandown NH.

I almost never use the lights or the basket. No point in having it on there IMO.
