Feeler - Parting out 1990 2 door XJ

I'm picking up a 1990 XJ today. It's a 2 door that's been on it's roof. Passenger fender is toast, no windshield, roof is caved some and bent the tops of the doors some at the front. It's only got 71k miles on it. Basically, I'm taking the seats, hitch, front vent windows, and rear side windows. Rear leafs and hatch window are spoken for. Everything else is available so far. It's a 4.0 motor, auto trans, and NP231 transfer case. All runs great and 4x4 works great! I just drove it this morning. I'd prefer not to ship things for now, so locals will have first dibs. I'll also have the solid side windows from my 2 door available, as well as my seats(driver has rips), a second 2" receiver hitch, and a Uhaul 1 1/4" receiver hitch available. The Jeep will be in Suprise(303/Greenway) and that's where I'll be all weekend, disassembling it. Feel free to PM with your needs.

just curious how much you want for this, I probably won't buy it but if the price is right i tend to be impulsive

I would need the harness too, and would be willing to lend a hand in the extraction.



Edit, on second thought that's a renix. What condition is the harness in? if it isn't dry and nasty i may be really interested in that alone. all my connectors crumble when i disconnect them....

The motor may be sold already, but not sure. My buddy that's loaning me his place for the disassembly had someone that needed one I guess. The motor is in great shape, all wiring, accessories, everything is good. This XJ was a cream puff before it got put on it's lid. I'll keep you guys posted on it..

Update - The whole interior is taken out so far. The trim panels, column with key, dash(w/ vin tag), all control panels and switches, console, carpet, door handle/switch plates, window regulators, door lock motors, etc. are ready to go.. The passenger taillight, header(few small cracks at top), grille, headlights, turn signals, etc are all ready also. The motor is sold pending payment. Trans and transfer case should be pulled tomorrow. I checked the A/C system before I started tearing it down and it blew EXTREMELY cold. That can be pulled if needed, as well as the heater parts, blower, etc.

The carpet isn't bad at all. A light cleaning and it'd be near new. I was thinkin about stealin the rear, but I think I'm just gonna get a rubber mat because my tire is back there. I'll shoot ya a pm boss..

BTT - Update

Motor is still available, as is the transfer case. I've had interest in both but nothin solid yet. Still have the vac-disco front D30. Still have alot of interior parts, trim, passenger seat, rear seat, rear carpet, solid side glass. Still have passenger tail light, front signals and headlamps, radiator, header brace, fan shroud, etc., and much more. If you need something feel free to PM me and I'll see if I have it

Trans is gone. Flywheel is gone. Gas tank/fuel pump gone. A/C compressor, engine harness, battery all gone.

Motor is gone, as well as 90% of interior. Still have passenger seat, rear seat, rear carpet, and transfer case, headlights, signals, grille, wiper motor front and rear, door locks, and window regs. I also have the wiper cowl(white) and a few misc. modules..
