I just picked up a set of waggy d44's and was wondering if there would be anyone that would be willing to help do an install on them. They need brackets welded on the front and possibly the knuckles turned. Would anyone that has done this before be willing to help for some good beer or extra cash?

The rears easy, the front takes some work or some money (or both)
You might look into a TnT truss, I believe they make them for Waggy 44's now, otherwise it's a good 15 to 20 hours of fab. to make all the brackets (well without a CNC machine anyways). The truss is probably cheaper if you have to pay someone for all that fab. work.
Rotating the inner C's is not to bad of a job, and there's alot of benefits to doing that.
But I gotta say, if your gonna go thru all that work and expense to get a Waggy 44 in the front of an XJ, why not just spend another $100 or two and get a HP44 instead. Much stronger axle than the Waggy 44.

I already picked up the axles so getting something else isn't an option, also they where set up for a tj spring over so the rear might just bolt straight in. They came with 410's set up for high steer front ARB an rear spool an for what I pard for it i think I got a good deal...hopefully. As for brackets I heard the tnt was just for high pinion d44's? I was thinking of going with the ballistic fab mounts that include spring mount, long arm mounts and incorporate an above the axle track bar mount. I am running the RK 3 link so for the upper I just need the drivers side and from what I researched it needs to be done with a truss. This is just what I think this is somewhat above my fabing skills. So along with this is there anyone that would want to help with this welding brackets in etc. for beer or some extra cash to help out a starving student?

TJs are coiled in the rear. A YJ is leaf sprung, but it is not the same perch width as an XJ. So it will not just bolt in.
