Hello,
I think we should have a feedback system allowing for people to not be ripped off. I kno a lot of people on this site are good honest people and won't rip anyone off. But their are people here who will. I just finished reading something on ss brake lines and supposedly he ripped someone off. We need some way to tell if theirs a chance we may not get a product we have paid for.

Thanks for your time,

I think that there is more then one side to each story. While I do not know the people in question the grapevine says that the brake lines were shipped out and it becomes he said... she said. ANyways if one pays with paypal or a credit card one can always reverse the money (or put a freeze on them) and so on. So it only is up to individual people to take steps to protect themselves..... And then you're going to have a way to gauge the "authenticity" of the reports/claims/complaints which will just get ugly cause people will always say "I am not guilty" and so on....

Buyer beware, plain and simple. NAXJA is a Jeep club, not a buy/ sell venue with any sort of obligation towards people hawking their junk.

YOU as a buyer need to take measures to be sure you get what is offered. NAXJA has no way to verify a seller actually has the goods, or that YOU did not receive what you think you purchased.

If you got burned, let people know. Did you buy from a Member? Or just a fellow Forum USER? Do not expect a Jeep Club to be your go-between for your purchases..

Just my $0.02
