fan control switch

For the past week or so my fan control has had a "snag" when going from 4 to 3 and 3 to 4. Well now I went to turn the heat way down and the the switch has not broken. Can I get a switch or do I have to replace the whole hvac control unit? I have seen write ups about people that have changed just the switch but im not able to find one. And all my local parts stores are a lost cause. :banghead:Anyone with info or a part number would be a HUGE help! Thanks much

It is listed as an AC blower speed selector switch, or something close to that. What year? Most of the parts places stock it.

That is the one mine have. I know it looks odd, no handle, but the old dial style knob is reused. It is pretty easy to swap out if the wire harness connector is not melted and burned. Just take you time.

I have one coming from the dealer tommarrow. Hope fully its what im after. Would anyone happen to know what the bulb number is that lights up the heating unit? Mine dont work and figured id get one before I tear into it.
