Fall Flog 09 pictures...

Awesome pics! Looks like a great area to wheel! :)

Yea it does! Just very pricey for the East Coast IMHO! I will get up there one day though.

Tim's attempt at Atomic Ridge

Doug's First attempt on the same hill

His second

My first attempt, still Atomic Ridge

My second

Nobody made it, but as you can see, I got the furthest! What do you expect though? I've got more engine and more tire, so I kinda had an advantage.

Doug on the first hill climb on 39

Mark

Tim

Dan's friend Cody has the video of me making it, so maybe Dan can get it and post it up. Jackie (Mark's step daughter) has the video of Dan, maybe Mark can post it up...

man, that looks like a ton of fun, but i'm almost glad i didn't go! i seriously doubt i could do much even in my old jeep, much less in the grandpa jeep on 30's with open diffs and almost no lift... i'd liketa try it in my old one, though.:D

Yeah, last year a guy on 35s open open stock gears grenaded literally everything in his jeep trying to complete trail 39. We were on it until 3 in the morning trying to get off. Literally every Jeep had a mechanical failure of some type. Jarrad almost got away with no damage, but his alternator failed while trying to winch the Jeep I just spoke about off the trail.

i know it seems pricey but the amount of land here, the variance of trails, and the maintainence level and mapping level (plus insurance liabilities for "company" land) its really not that bad, i dont mind paying to support the keeping up of an ohv area thats growing when most face shutdown scrutiny

I wonder if they have had any prolems yet on the water trails. When I was at Callantee the guy told us to run whatever but not post pictures of us wheeling in the streams becasue he was getting flack from the EPA. I think is was the EPA.

the local parks here have the same issue they just flat out tell us not to ride in the creeks.

Good pics.... And looks like an awesome place to ride... Just pricy for the entrance fee plus gas$ to get there....i'd rather ride all the local parks within 2 hours of me for 10bucks.

what sucks though is that that pic of me on lil mule and maybe a couple more on the one obstacle is all i got of the trip... i did lil school bus but we didnt stop for pictures that i remember and after that it got parked because of the motor... DANG IT! next year when i have fuel injection and a reliable NON carberated engine i want lots of pics of me...

how about the genral take on rattle rock in the spring eh?? what do you think?

fill that front end full of 760x joints and itll have a shot

Right now, he needs more than 760X joints to make that trail. But maybe next year after RSOR Fab does some more work on it!
