I looked at the razr and the moto E815, got the moto E815.
Both have bluetooth
Both have cameras, E815 you can store photos on a memory card that you can remove and plug into a card reader, not so on the razr, however the razr's have obex enabled so you can use bluetooth to transfer files between the phone and a PC once you put a USB dongle on the pc with the widcom drivers [don't use the MS drivers, they don't work, MS on it's own BT path, so typical]
I had some other requirements, one is it had to have a hardwired hands free car kit and hangup cup and external antenna, E815 YES, Razr NO. That would change now as you can get a Jensen am/fm/cd head unit with bluetooth so your phone calls go thru your stereo system. Yes, I also have the Jensen head unit.
The E815 and the Razr both have had problems, some of the 815's failed pretty quick, short battery life, 100% killed in 45 minutes of talking, dropped calls, some other issues, I have not experienced them myself, my 815 has been good so far.
I've had samsung, audiovox, LG and the moto's have always been the best, I wish they still made the startac w/bluetooth, that startac was a sweet phone. I don't like the color displays, they suck outside in the daylight. My buddy has a Mercedes branded startac in his SLK, factory installed in the center console, uses LCD's but only black screen with green or red characters, works in broad daylight with the top down.
The razr is a cool looking phone though, just overpriced....they have another one coming out, sliver or slvr, something like that that also looks sweet but all these phones are targeted at teenage girls not road warriors...
