Exhaust/Intake bolt set?

Anyone know where I can get the complete bolt set with bolts/washers & stud bolts? Tried dealer and they are on back order. Every set I see on line doesn't show washers with it?

I'm in the same boat as you - just called the dealer actually. Per the FSM, for a 2000, there are 11 fasteners. From talking to the dealer, 8 of them are head screws and 3 of them are studs... if someone can verify that, it would be great.

Part numbers are below (order them online, e.g., eBay).

I just rebuilt my son`s 90 Cherokee with the 4.0 I6. I got a new set of studs from Team Cherokee and reused the old cupped washers. So far, so good.

Those washers aren't anything special.

They're "belleville" washers. Act pretty much like a spring. Torque spec on those bolts are low - the washers help keep them in place.

Just get washers with the right size hole and you'll be fine.
