"Are you that retarded? EZ outs go on the INSIDE of the bolt."

"so the lug wiggled.. and you decided to try to PULL it out, using the tap set as the point of tugging/pulling?

what the hell did you think was going to happen? "

"You have got to be ****ing kidding me. Those are nice wheels too. WHAT THE HELL were you thinking. How about getting some help or opinions on removing that lug nut."

#139
"just be glad that the wheels were ugly. china wheels with china lugs = vw owner."

I like using a sawzall myself but good grief!!!!

While this thread is scary, there is something else really scary..........the fact that Doug was visiting a Honda forum.

the real question is ,why are you on honda tech????

friend sent it to me, of course i wondered why he was on there as well?

maybe he was trying to repair his lawn mower ?

we have a snazzy new honda pressure washer at work, i was looking to turbo it ;)

dont worry dan your wheels and tires are holding up a good old v8 american gas guzzler right now

Why would anyone post pics of themselves doing such stupid shit anyway? And to do it in a tech writeup fashion " How Chimpanzees Given Only a Sawzall And A Chipping Hammer Change A Flat Tire". Were they expecting any other outcome than getting severely flamed and/or exploited for being the least intelligent people to ever lift a wrench? Wait.... Was there even a wrench involved?

hmmm.... i've actually had bfg mallterrains on a civic before. back in high school when i thought i wanted to turn it into a rally car. it actually did quite well off road. i was able to follow my buddy in a stock xj everywhere he went, and then some! my civic was a great car, but i had to be too careful not to mess up the rockers when i was "wheelin" it. so i got my first jeep, then the second, third, and so on...:D
anyway, i would have gone and bought a set of drill bits, and some quality ez outs, and done the damn thing. try replacing that rim for the price of some drill bits and some ezouts...
