Electrical Probs in the 04

I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee.
We are experincing electrical issues.
Here is the low down.......................
All Interior lights stay on after the engine and or doors are closed.
Only the Drivers window control works on the drivers window. The drivers side passenger window can be controlled by the drivers control. Non of the other windows will work from the drivers control or their specific door.
The Locks do not work except the drivers and it only unlocks.
The remote lock system does not work at all.
Has anyone had this issue yet?
Do you know where I can call to get advice?
I have called the dealership in Denver and the guy was perplexed to say the least.

check for broken wiring inside the rubber boot from the drivers door through the a-pillar

I agree it could be several broken wires in the boot between the door and the A pillar. Its problems like this that I usually recomend taking to a professional and paying them to Diagnose it. It would seem like a lot of money up front, but in the long run it can save you time, money and alot of frustration

Ya I found out that it is the Wiring Loom. I pulled the boot off and didnt see anything broken or messed up, but the guy told me at the dealership where we purchased it, that it has happened before and usually is found inside the door panel. We have it under warranty still and will take it up next week after christmas.
