Electrical issues (signal, airbag, brakes) Help ASAP!

Recently there has been a "buzzing" noise- simular to a spark gapping- under the dash. Not only does this make me think my Jeeps about to catch on fire, but it , I'm guessing, is related to why the airbag light stays on, the signal lights don't work and there is am audible "click" everytime the brake pedal is depressed and released. Also I now have no air conditioning.
The airbag light does not come on and the brake does not make the click noise when the key is in the "on" position- only when the Jeep's running.

Any ideas?!??
