yeah you really do dude, its alot funner than playing with AIs unless you get stuck with the little kids that just try to run you off course and put your truck out of running condition, when you get with people that actually race and are good and know what they are doing its a blast

i need to figure out how i can have internet on my xbox and computer at the same time

my router is in a different room

do you have a wireless router? What I did is I have a pc and my xbox on my router and everytihing else is set up on a wireless connection. Its a lot cheaper than buying the adapter for the xbox to go wireless.

if your PC is wireless you might as well go wireless on your xbox. less wiring and somewhat less hassle

mine was like $50 but you can probably get one cheaper on CL or ebay

wireless has higher latency too guys, keep that in mind when using wireless. Why do you think real gamers don't use anything but CAT 6 wires?

yeah thats another thing, I usually only game on my PC so Ill probably keep that wired, maybe santa this year will get me a xbox wireless setup haha

25 Feet would almost be fine with Cat 5e.. I still go with Cat 6 though.

I don't even own a Cat5e. All my cables including the router to modems are Cat6.. yeah i said modems.. I have two. MLPPP
