Easy...Hartsville to Charlotte is 2 hours. You leave at 3, meet Tim at 5, and go to Knoxville with him.

Mark indicated he is bringing a 97+ drivers seat. I am bringing a matching (I hope) 97+ passenger's seat that just needs the bottom slider mechanism.
Outside of a couple of hands, that's all I have to contribute.

We have the shackle boxes and shackles along with coil spacers if needed.
I also have the valve cover and gasket for the swap. Mark has the bolts so I hope he doesn't forget them.

I have the steering box brace as well and I'll try not to forget the bolts for the valve cover and if time and people permit....I hope to have several things to do to mine as well. I have a new steering box and brace to go on too plus some new shackle bushings and maybe a set of new rear leaves and spacers too.

Will want something to seal up the rear cut & fold... I used some sort of metal roof sealer in a caulk tube. And I think some spray foam stuff too... And maybe some paint, everybody has black paint right?
Gonna try to find my pics i took when I did mine; I took pic for each step, as I was going to do a write up; just never made time for that...
I'll bring cut off wheels and tools I need to do it...
