Easiest Way to Install New Track Bar and LCA's (IRO)

Its supposed to lower the track bar by 3/4". I have the IRO long arm kit and track bar and I am in the process of replacing the entire track bar. It would be fine if I where doing a 5+" lift and didn't plan to cycle the axle at all but I am at 4.5" and I am trying to get wheel travel for a prerunner style build and the track bar hits EVERYTHING.

Just installed my IRO double shear and bracket in a parking lot with 30mph winds and hail... (not by choice.. the mount broke) It was pretty simple, no jacking of the vehicle needed. Of coarse, I was not able to get the alignment perfect, as I didn't want to be laying in gravel and hail any longer than I needed to be. I am currently running with my steering wheel at about 2-o'clock driving straight, and shes doing fine.

I fought most with the axle side bolt, as it seized to the bushing a bit. The Track bar mount came right out, no problems; two nuts and two bolts. The bolts backed out of welded in place nuts, and the nuts came off of fixed in place studs. For once, a vehicle manufacturer thought of the repair man!

Its a nice set up. Hope you enjoy, and your install goes smooth!

Just thought of something more to add here... Are you running any lift?

I am at about 1.75" lift with poly spacers, and this mount is hitting my coil bucket on some nasty bumps here in town. I purchased the IRO that is rated for 3" to 7" of lift (I will lift for real some day!) The mount drops quite a bit lower than the stock one... Just a heads up.

Glad you like it so far, I can't wait to install mine. I'm running around 3.5" of lift. I got the one that's for 1-5" because I never plan on going higher than 4-4.5" while it's my DD.

Well, my Dad called and said the package was dropped off at the house today. Has anyone had any bad experiences with IRO's packaging? He said that the top of the box was completely open and the track bar was sticking out about 4 inches on the other side...parts were "padded" with paper that was wrapped around them. He said the cardboard was strong enough for MAYBE 10 pounds...not even close to the 40 or so pounds that this package was. I'm kind of wary about these parts now because if a company can't package their stuff right, who knows how well they make it, but I ordered from them because of all the rave reviews I have read about their products.
