Dayton Tn. trails?

Anybody know about trails in Dayton Tn.. Can't remember where But I've seen posts and some pics about riding trails in Dayton. Any info apprieciated .Thanks

It is on private land. The land owner seems pretty cool but it is by invite only last time I knew. There are a couple clubs that have limited access to it I believe for monthly type trail rides as well.

Thanks, I guess that's the reason I couldn't find much information about it. The pics of it looked good though.
