has anyone ever seen what goes on during death wobble. well i did today and all i can say is holy @#$%

yeah i love when someone says "i get a little death wobble at 45".

i had death wobble once, on a borrowed set of tires that were in really bad shape. i drove 15 seconds that way and promptly replaced all of my steering.

i stuck my head out the window to see what was happening and i thought the f#$%in wheels were gonna fly off they were shaking so bad

It is like your axle is fighting to break loose from the frame, or you only have 1 loose lugnut holding the wheel on. Oh and I had it real bad 8.5", 35's, short arms, and no sways. But, I finally shook all the mud from the undercarrige.

ive tested all the bushings and everthing seems tight but did notice wheel weights were off.

I've had it happen bad enough a few times to where I had to pull over.

Its so weird though, I never have dw when anyone else is in the Jeep, so nobody believes me.

mine's gone now.

its always a loose tracbar bolt after wheeling.
