Driving in sand with 2wd?

i've done roughly a "metric crap-load" of sand driving in the 2wd xj. only got stuck once-because i stopped in deep, soft sand. driven all over ocotillo, etc. running 265/75r16 mtr's at 10 psi. keep the speed up and steady, and do not stop until you reach good, solid ground.
