Hey would you post those pictures up, or email them to me? Thanks!

:yelclap:Way to go Down-n-Dirty, great to see a company helping out a wounded vet who was getting hosed while serving our country!:patriot: :yelclap:

I'd love to see the carcass of your XJ at the Bantam and PA Jeep shows with cameras recording to catch all the amazing comments that would be made about the highly skilled fabrication and design that went into its ..uhh.....creation!:scared:

Starting wesnday I'm tearing it apart, and getting the axles cleaned up to head down to Ian in TN, pretty grateful for the way people stepped up to will me out. One day I will definitely find a way to pay forward the good deed.

Well I promised Draken if they made a fair deal that day then I would not bash them on the Internet, and I do try to be a man if my word, wether it annoys others or not.

However I would like a copy of them for my own records.

Of course there is a certain member that lives pretty close to my dads where it now sits.

Grinding mounts off axles with an angle grinder friggen sucks!

Good news is I found two welds that I was able too pop off with a crowbar.

I got the chance to meet the internet legend Egodfrey last nite.

and yes the rig is as bad as it sounds. It looked like alot of "dam I laied a sppoty weld, well let me just put another one on top, dam that one sucks too, well just one more...ect...ect"

May as well go for a 365 day flip calender

Dropping the drivetrain out would have been much easier if they didn't weld 1/4" plate over the access holes for the tranny mount bolts on the crossmember

I'd probably just break the bolts holding the crossmember to the body, or cut them if they're too thick to break easily... and drop it out whole. Then deal with it.

I can't even think of a logical thought process behind that.

too cheap to build a new crossmember, and too lazy to make provisions to remove it?

on another note, I think I would pay to see this thing. It sounds better than the bearded lady or even wolfman at the circus.

I dot have a engine hoist so I dropped the drivetrain down into a cart and rolled it out, crossmember wouldn't fit between the jack stands
