Doors Power / crank up

Does anyone know if power door and crank up doors can be converted from one style to another? 94 model 4 door XJ.

Looking to convert non power window door to a power window door.

harness should be behind the kick panels-- it's usually easier to replace a door with a power one and plug in the accessories than it is to "convert" the existing door.
