Doorless mirror options?

I searched around and couldn't find a solid thread discussing this so what have people used, prices, fab and pictures?

I have seen a couple threads on this, dunno about write-ups though. But from what I have seen, they used custom mounts that used the top door hinge-ish

I used Tj mirrors and loved them...

I went to Advanced and bought one of their square mirrors and ran a long piece of all thread to it, a few bends and 2 nuts to lock it down you can attach it to where the door hinge goes.
