Does anybody have a set of stock size wheels & tires I could borrow?

I need a set of wheels/tires that will fit the straps of a U-Haul trailer. All I need is that they can hold air for a day.

They won't be seeing miles of travel. Just enough to load up and unload.

If someone has something in the San Diego area it would be much appreciated.

Even just a pair would probably do. All I need to be able to do is to strap down the fronts. I don't think 31s are going to fit.

Just so you know, most 5 lug trailer wheels are our bolt pattern (4 on 4.5). also ford rangers, and many others. you are not limited to jeep xj wheels.

i do, and you can keep them. they all hold air just fine, they were just too bald for my taste. i need them out of the way so this helps both of us. I'm however up by LA.

It looks like the above offer isn't feasible as I wouldn't be able to pick up the tires until Saturday, but I need them on Thursday. Darn.

Still need tires.

Maybe even just one would do. The seller has the factory spare. One more stocker and it should work.

It's a MAJOR pita, we had to do that in JV and it took two ratchet straps around the tire (33x12.5) to get it crushed down enough to get the straps on the trailer started.

I just got back from the JY. Picked up a pair there. I have to have them on Thursday, and for most folks the weekend was the soonest it could happen.

For future reference, I used to just run the strap around the tire and over the top of the knuckle, then just tightened it down. This was with 35s though

I always ran a strap around the rear axle as well just so it wouldn't bounce around.
