but on the reals that was the best one so far. minus not being the scoob of course.

These Gymkhana series vids are just awesome. Ken Block has my dream job.

I must admit. Kind of nice seeing some of the old neighborhoods again. Grew up in that part of the country and used to bomb around some of those streets at night, when the traffic was next to nothing. Think mid to late '60s here.

Not quite in this fashion though...

Really? A right hand turn whilst in the air?

Gymkhanas have come a long way from the parking lot racing they used to be (early 70s). Back then, I had a '68 Triumph Spitfire Mark 3 with a bored/stroked 2.4L inline 6 out of a GT-6+. 3 Weber DCOE carbs and long tube headers to dual exhaust/Stebro mufflers. 256Hp in a car weighing in at 1490lbs. Basically, everything not essential had been removed to lighten up the car. Even the passenger seat was left out unless I had to carry someone...

Back then, Gymkhanas were sanctioned under the SCCA.

Going airborne. There used to be an on ramp to I-80 in Sacramento that if you hit the top of it in excess of 70mph, you would get air. Wonder if it is still there?

ROR.
