i have a like new DirtBound OFFROAD Jeep Cherokee 84-01 Extreme Front Winch Bumper with Brush Guard and 2 Shackles, winch has never been installed on this bumper

bumper is still installed on my cherokee, it will take me 10 min to uninstall
