Diff'rent Dana 30's...

Got a lead on a cheap Dana 30 out of a Scout. I know it's pass drop, I don't wanna use the whole thing. I'm just after the gears and locker. Will they go into my (XJ) D30?

it will be a low-pinion D30, if yours is low pinion (what is it 97+?) then it should all swap over.

the locker should but i don't belive the gears will since they are low pinion

yeah, that's right, the locker will whether whether you have a high or low pinion D30 (as long as you're on the right side of the carrier break).
