Diff skid question..

Do diff skids for the Dana 30 need to be intended for the XJ, or will skids pulled off of other trucks fit? I figure that it doesnt matter what kind of truck...Any imput? Thanks in advance.

if it bolts to the diff cover, and the bolt pattern lines up then i guess it will work

Seriously, Any D30 cover will fit any other. Hence the bolt pattern is the same, therefore, any D30 skid will fit any D30.

Do you mean a diff cover guard, or a skid that goes underneath the pumpkin to protect it? I'm assuming you mean the underneath skid. Save your money for something usefull. No sense getting bigger tires to increase ground clearance, and then bolt one of those things on to take it away.
