I gotta say a public thanks to BJ for letting me drive his junk on Pritchett Canyon. That thing works good and you were fully gettin' it on that one ledge where you almost went over with me in the rig. I really noticed the lack of axle wrap in the rear end, a very positive feeling when getting on the gas. :thumbup:

I gave kudos to Beez, if he mistook my jibe for an attack I apologize. However he and I have "known" each other long enough (about 7yrs!) that I feel fairly comfortable at jesting with him. I hope he knows I would not insult him or his engineering, I have complimented him back channel more than once at his creations, and value his contributions and the entertainment he brings to cosa nostra.

Dan, no scales- I need a set desperately. 60/40 is what I'm gonna shoot for.

B, I believe it will help. Just strapping the axle up helped a ton. The engine bay needs to go on a diet. I pulled out most everything possible though. It's time for the dash to go I guess. Having the winch sucked back will help some. A selectable locker will help immensely too.

Sorry Sean daddy did not give me a whole work shop with which to make my wares, I have to do it myself with less than production level equipement or subcontract it out. Problems arise and things do not always get done as one wishes or in a timely fashion. I am a perfectionist, perhaps I am to blame, for tryin to offer my fellow XJer the best product money can buy. I'm no Rustys.

Lost respect for me...hey fine, I am not faultless but at least I try.

It sounded like a bearing was going. You might want to send it in and have it checked out. The last thing you want is to be like Beezil and have a broken whinch on the trail.
