Wow, you guys are harsh.
Dick I had the same issue with my old 30 and 44 covers. I ordered the standard covers, and bought some regular hex bolts for them. I could only get them so tight with a socket, and had to do the final torquing with a wrench. Not a big deal, and once they're installed who cares.
I agree with Dave though, and would have used socket head cap screws (allen bolts) from the start had I known better at the time. Ruff Stuff really should just add a small line on their diff cover page about appropriate hardware. On my new set of covers I went the countersunk route, and they came with hardware.
Either way, Dan's covers are top notch. I'll always run them.
