Denied Access

I had wanted to start a thread in the off-topic forum but it said I was not allowed access to this feature, however, I just started a thread minutes ago in the street jeep section. Have I been denied access for any reason? I was never given notice of it, and dont recall any significant ordeals there which may have explained it. Any help? Thank

Thanks I would have never checked there. Def something to think about when the credit card gets black again.
