Think the focus might be a little narrow here. Follow the time line, when the Iatola Kummeni (returned from exile in FRANCE), then fast forward, to the American hostiges in the Tehran Embassy for 444 days, fast forward to the Iraq Iran war, then the bombing of the reactor (supplied by FRANCE) by the Israeles. Fast forward to the spread of Muslim fundamentalism, from Georgia, through Africa, most all of the middle east and through the spice islands, clear into the Phillipeans and with a growing number of supporters in most of the world.
Is it possible, Iraq is strategicaly important. Most all of the other countries(our so called allies) in the area are unreliable, Saudi, Turkey etc. Putting strong American presence in a volitile area, seems prudent. And in the process disposing a pain in the ass dictator, that had a habit of waring with his nieghbors, was shooting at our planes, planning new meaness, tried to assasinate an American president and was probably on the way out anyway. When Sadam finally went down, who was waiting to take his place, Iran?
Is it possible Iraq is actually a pretty nifty, end run, to park some blockers next door, to heart of the problem.
Many orientals, kind of laugh at the U.S. because there attention span seems so short.
Heard Kerry got the endorsement from the American Islamic coalition (or some such organization). I wonder if the Republicans paid them to endorse Kerry :confused1 that´s got to go over big with the traditional democratic Jewish voters.
This election is getting nuts. 92% of Egyptions, surveyed, support Kerry. Osama i´sn´t really the cause, more an effect of the problem. He needs to be taken care of, but there may be larger issues here.
Heard Kerry make some promises today, I really couldn´t believe, seems he has the cure for all the worlds ills He is either full of it, or he is the second coming or thinks he is.
