What exactly is it, and how can you fix/prevent it? (im putting on my lift next week)

It's a nasty, horrid vibration that causes your butt to become one with the seat as you fight to hold on. Anything less is out-of-balance vibration.

You'll definitely know when you have it and everyone will have a different opinion about what is causing it. Install the lift, get it aligned and have an open mind(and wallet) as you could possibly have unleashed the gremlin from your XJ. eace:
