Dayton Timberline MT Tires

I bought a set about 2 months ago, so far they seem to be wearing great. I am really happy with these tires. They are supposed to be made by bridgestone and are very similar to the revo. This has been one of the best tires I've run on my jeep. Have not been in a lot of mud yet, but I've heard they're not bad.

i had a set of 31" Timberlines when my jeep was a baby. Id say they were the best tire for the buck. If they mad a set of 37's i would definately buy them. Also check out the Baje widetrack m/t. they are the same tire but i think just because the name the baja's are cheaper. When i rad a set of 31's on my rig, I took it up to the Rubicon and everyone i was with wanted them they were all running 35's or 37's. But id say GO FOR IT.

Can't find my reciept, but I think it was like $440.00 for the set mounted and balanced 31x10.50x15

How many plies are the side walls? I wheeled a set of ATs with 2 ply sidewalls on My old Yj and they split on the second trip out to bridgeport. I have BFG MTs now with the 3 ply sides and they are AWESOME!!! becareful what you get. Tires do follow the old addage, "you get what you paid for".

my buddy has them in a 31x10.5 on his TJ. they are damn good tires. It followed way bigger cherokees through some stuff. he has open diffs too.

I had a set of the Dayton Timberline MT's in 31x10.5R15 on my old Toyota. I loved them! They were a really good tire. I would recommend them. Especially if you could get them for $440!!! I paid $680 for mine if I remember correctly. I may be wrong since it was a couple years ago...

my cousin had the timberline mt's and i had cooper stt's . both held up great and do awesome on and off road. you might be able to get the coopers a little cheaper(the tread is almost identical to the baja mtz)

I've got them on now, had them for about 2.5 years now. It isn't my daily driver anymore, and when it was, I had a set of $50 walmart tires for daily driving. They have worn ok so far. Not great, but not terrible. Its hard to say because I don't know how many miles are on them. They pack with mud a little I guess, but I never really go into mud much, so I can't really comment on them there. However, they have been getting great traction on mixed trails and light rock. They are only 31s, and I'm open open, so I'm not doing anything crazy. I havent had any trouble with sidewalls and I've never lost a bead. I usually run 10-12lbs, and they squash nice at that pressure. They make a set in the 33" flavor, so I might look at those for my next purchase. Also, the Firestone Destination MTs are the same tire, as are the Bridgestone MTs. I think I paid $127/tire. I can't remember if that was mounted and balanced or not. Overall, good tire and I'd buy them again. Still might buy them again, but I'm thinking I might want to try something new this time around.
