Anyone ever had an Australian Kelpie? Cause that's what Crash and I stumbled across last August and have been trying to identify ever since. Yup, these are the same dogs that pissed on Jes's tent at Johnson Valley last November. I'm curious to know what folks think.

Good Working dogs...

Haven't seen many working dogs 'round here... (legal work anyway)
Mostly Aussie Cattle Dogs and Shepherds

Biggest idiot craze 'round here is to pay $600-$1500 for a Lab-poodle mix and call it a "Labradoodle"

fraggin designer hybrid dogs...

LOTS of people getting taken to the cleaners...

Please accept my condolences for living too close to Chicago.

We found them roaming around the lava beds around northeastern California. At the time, we believed that someone had probably dumped them (both were dehydrated and severly underweight). Now, based on the description, I'm beginning to wonder if we snarfed someone's prized purebred herding dogs. Dunno. One of them has a severe gastrointestinal emanation disorder so...mebbe not.

You'd be surprised...

The amount some people pay for their dogs almost always translates into amount spent at vet (x10)

Cool thing about Chi-town is that we do get a fair share of "exotic" breeds...

good thing too...

They pay my bills

:D

Don't I know it - paid $100 just to have these two's balls removed. Friggin $100!!! I coulda bought two rubber bands, done it myself, and had enough left over to keep Jes and Crash in beer for the weekend...speaking of which...

Do you boys from Chicago ever wheel?

If jefe Beezil ever lets me and the 30 other mexicans working in his basement brewery out for some fresh air, I definately plan on going to wheel at Navy Pier...

You got me excited for no reason. Dawg=University of Georgia (UGA Bulldogs). Dogs are great and always spelled "DOG". Maybe its a regional thing  :roflmao:

From what I know of my neighbor's dogs, they are extremely smart.

They are a mother son team, and work the other dogs in the area like they are cattle.

Very well trained too.

Well, you'll get to meet them in AZ on Sunday!
