Dana 44 TJ/XJ (NOOB QUESTION)

I have a 30 spline dana 44 off of a 87 XJ that I would like to build while its out. I run that same basic set up in the rear of my XJ. I have the Alloy USA shafts in mine and overall I can say I really like it. 35 spline is most likely over-kill for me, but oh well. I'd rather be over than under. The only issue I have, which seems to be just me, is that I keep pushing oil up, and out of, the breather tube. Right into my frame. (for those wondering, yes I have the drain back notches cut into the housing, but it still does it) It only happens on extended drives at highway speeds (65+), never at lower speeds (not even at 50mph). I'm planning on moving my breather tube to the housing itself intead of the tube to try to remedy this issue.
