When i get my dana 44 rear (87 XJ) which driveshaft will i be using? Will it be a retrofit or will i have to do some fabin?

im gonna bump this as i am going to be runnin in to the same issue VERY shortly.
i was told that the 44 is about an inch longer(fornt to back) that the d35 that i have in there now.But i have yet to confirm this.Worst case scenario i have to come off of another 500 bones for SYE and new custom shaft

if you run a lift without a tcase drop then you might be ok. or you could hunt the wrecking yards for a shaft that is a scoesch shorter.
