Dana 44 at Modesto pick n pull

Saw a mj Dana 44 converted to soa and under a 87 xj today. Welded spiders and 3.54 gears. Would have grabbed it myself but don't want to deal with welded spiders on a dd manual. Believe they are doing a 20-50% off sale next week too.

you can remove the welded spiders pretty easily, or buy a full case locker, or buy a new open carrier and lunchbox. lots of options there. if you pull the drums its like 140$ at regular price, so at half off itll be like 70$ with no drums, then grab the ZJ discs while you are there...

Now that I think about it I may just pick up the 8.8 I've been considering for ever and finally do that if axles are half off next week.
