1987 D44, 3.54 gears, open diff, seals do not appear to be leaking, brakes at 50%. Internal gears look great. No scoring, chips or real wear. Fluid upon draining it was very clean. 150k on the rig.

I need 350.00 FIRM . Makes a nice Christmas present for someone.

Well you could always sell it for what its worth. Probably $500 or so...I'm willing to take a loss just to grab the axle while I'm short of cash at the moment.
