d35 3.55 w/ABS

How soon do you need one? I'm regearing my wife's '01 (D35, 3.55, ABS, Trac-Lok) to 3.73 using the D35 axle from my '97 which is currently undergoing a complete rebuild to D44 w/ 4.56, etc. So, the bottom line is I will have a '01 D35 available with ~50k miles on it at some point in the near future.

I'm located in NJ, but I'll be in VA near DC one weekend in September if you'd be willing to meet.
